  •  Accidental death or permanent disability.
  • Double the Coverage Amounts: RM 100,000 / RM 200,000 depending on selected plan.

Medical Card – Inpatient (Hospitalization) and Outpatient Critical Illness

  • Covers hospital admission, surgery, ward fees, and other inpatient treatments.
  •  Covers follow-up treatment for serious illnesses such as cancer, dialysis, or other critical conditions. 
  • Coverage Amounts: RM 50,000 / RM 100,000 per year.

Medical Card – Outpatient GP (General Practitioner) Visits

  • Includes general outpatient consultations, treatments, and medications.

Group Discount:

  • Contributions per employee may decrease as the number of employees increases due to risk pooling and administrative efficiency. 
  • Typical discount rates:
  • 20–49 employees → 3% discount
  • 50–99 employees → 5% discount
  • 100+ employees → 7–10% discount

 

Rate Factors:
Contributions are affected by:

  • Age: Older employees generally have higher contributions.
  • Occupation Risk: Hazardous jobs may have higher rates.
  • Coverage Amount: Higher coverage increases the contribution.
  • Family Coverage: Including spouse/children for outpatient GP visits can increase rates.
